Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly calculated based on the unused warranty duration.
By purchasing, you accept all risks associated with discounted third-party accounts and agree that the seller holds final authority on all decisions.
Order & Delivery Rules
Processing takes 10 mins to 4 days depending on specific stock availability and account type.
Full upfront payment required. No refunds are issued unless the product is non-functional per the warranty terms.
Third-party accounts are significantly cheaper than retail options, however stability is not guaranteed.
Revokes/Bans = No Refund/Replacement.
Issues are normally resolved in 1-3 days. This can extend up to 7+ days during significant revoke waves.
Support is strictly reserved for respectful buyers. Rude or toxic behavior will result in immediate service refusal.
Warranty Coverage
Starts exactly from Delivery Time, not from when you first use it.
Applies only if a warranty is explicitly stated for that specific product tier.
Leaving the Discord server voids your warranty permanently, with no exceptions.
Support Tickets
- Do NOT delete your ticket during an active issue. This instantly voids the warranty.
- State your Order ID and issue clearly when opening a ticket to expedite support.
- Check stock via ticket before purchasing for faster service.
